I'm not sure why you can't find them (for example, there was a new 4plex that came on the market in Garland today).I'd recommend you find a real estate agent that specializes in working with investors and they can set you up with an automatic search that will email you every property that comes up on the MLS daily.If you wonder how to qualify the agent, just ask them how many properties they own.

@Cornelius Garland - Thanks for the very informative post.We too removed any owners that were businesses and LLCs as we did not want to deal with any "more sophisticated" investors.
