Hi all, just joined and have thoroughly enjoyed reading blogs, posts, articles, and listening to BP podcasts, etc. My partner and I have formed our LLC and are researching small multifamily buy and holds in Palm Beach county and Northern New England (quite the geo. span, i know!) For FL, I'm avoiding some areas of West Palm and Riviera beach and weeding through tons of other listings. I'm leaning more towards turnkey since the boarded up shells might be too much for first deals. Hoping to connect with many people here and love learning about all the opportunities. I'm keeping my day job (for now!).
