I had forgotten about the "How can I do that?"

I had forgotten that I meant to suggest some changes that I thought could really improve the user experience when using some of these calculators. 

Most people on BP have forgotten about that investing is about finding a good balance between all three sources of wealth, not just the cash flow one trick pony.

Between furniture, updates, insurance, all those things that turn a home to a house, "the forgotten costs" seem to add up quickly.What are some hacks others have to make those forgotten costs not so expensive or strategies to spread those costs overtime.

I went with my realtor on 1-Sep to the house to get something i had forgotten there.

Nor do I see lending being affected like 2008 because real estate lending was the major culprit, and banks had forgotten how to underwrite.
