We are living during the Cambrian explosion of “push a button” products and services.

This thread is a disaster waiting to be an explosion of great ideas that don't comply in any way with the IRC.

I love real estate and would love to create explosive value in this space.  

Given the recent explosions north of town and the huge number of leaks our old neighborhoods deal with (gas company is always out ripping up the street), many people are beginning to question the safety and efficiency of gas. 

Lease states no hazardous materials, such as flammables or explosive character.

I specialize more on working dogs, such as attack dogs and explosive or narcotic sniffing dogs.

LOC on rentals evaporated with the bank explosions in 2006.  

Is this explosion of apartments, high influx of people, and low supply spilling over into other areas....Fort Collins, Colorado springs, etc..?

We were in Cupertino just 12 months before the explosion on values took place and it never came down. 

This market is definitely hot, but the surrounding markets don't seem to be quite as explosive yet.
