It has been an exhilarating couple of months and I can not thank BiggerPockets enough for the constant resource overload and positive reinforcement that this community has become.

Driving for Dollars is often real sleuth work, and like you said, it's exhilarating to just actually speak to an owner!

Engaging with you all has been exhilarating.

But never let a little common sense get in the way of some exhilarating pretentious posturing. 

I understand the risks that are involved with investing in ANYthing, and frankly, it's a risk I'm willing to take - and it's exhilarating. 

It's really exhilarating.

This can be exhilarating and overwhelming at the same time.

starting an LLC or any business for the first time, is exhilarating and also scary as hell.

Now I’ll say this, IT WAS NOT EASY, and It’s scary but, not the bad scary, more like the roller coaster exhilarating kind of scary.

It's exhilarating riding this current wave and I do plan on continuing it for at least one more round, but I very much don't want to be on this same ride when it does inevitably start crashing down!
