Fundrise - Real Estate Investing Online

Hello, all!

I've had an interest in real estate for a few years now, but was always nervous about the instability of the market to ever put money towards any REIT... until now. I've faced my fears and invested with the minimal amount in a starter account and am upgrading to the next plan up. I can't believe I was scared and wish I had only started this sooner. I understand the risks that are involved with investing in ANYthing, and frankly, it's a risk I'm willing to take - and it's exhilarating.

Has anyone have the experience in investing in real estate through Fundrise, or do you recommend anything that you know of that is "best?"

Please share your thoughts! I am open to everyone's opinions/thoughts!

Thanks! ;)

Kristiana K.

My wife and I invested through Fundrise a little while back and we love it! We started like you with the starter portfolio and every now and then we'll put a little more in there to get to the next plan up. We love it though! We get our quarterly dividends (which we just choose to reinvest right back into our fund) and we can see how much we've earned since investing. It's a pretty cool site and we hope to have a pretty decent passive income from them a few years down the road from now.
