Reading and learning about these stuff has got me more enthused about real estate

I am enthused to reach out to you all.

When I finally found the deal of my dreams, I brought the details home to my fiancee, and lets just say, she was less than enthused. 

Every time I hit a crisis point I finally reach my oft-absent JV partner and he's enthused about his plan to remedy the situation.

Unfortunately, for some reason, I never connected to the people in the video so I wasn't enthused about REI. 

Myself having worked in that industry behind the scenes ( lender to the students) I find most get very enthused and whopped up at the meetings and just like anything else  majority fad away but 10 to 20% of them who pay and jump into it will do something that is considered a success in what is for most everyone a new occupation.
