So that's what I've been doing for the past two weeks - researching American modular home companies, looking at plans and trying to understand how that whole ecosystem comprised of planning/zoning people, builders and architects works.

That's how I came to RE and BP...the latest episode with Bob Malecki got me very intrigued with notes.Now that I've read a whole lot about performing, NPNs, all the ways that it's finance and not RE, the myriad things you need to know about each level of the note ecosystem and the laws that apply to each place, etc...I'm not scared off!

So yep, it's 100% correct that the SEO grader on individual piece of content is using the awesomeness of what the guys and gals at Yoast have built, but it's really the whole ecosystem around SEO that we've built that makes up the majority of our SEO resources for our clients. 

@Austin Fruechting @Michael Le I think one of the good and bad things about where I invest is that it's a pretty small ecosystem.  

It’s putting a huge drag on the entire real estate ecosystem.  

Seems like they now have much tighter control over the entire ecosystem since they also manage for other subsidiaries (Hotpads, realtor.com, etc), which make it hard for an all-in-one service to manage. 

My goal is to have these grow over the next few years to create my own private banking ecosystem I can borrow from to fund my real estate and bypass the commercial banks.

The ideal way would be to know a person who knows someone in an entire ecosystem.
