Have any landlords out there had any experience with Tom from AGP Evictions up in Apple Valley, Victorville, or the high dessert?

(yes I'm hungry and everything comes back to dessert).

Georgia is a big place and I don’t want to invest in a desserted area lol.

That's a question for your attorney.Whether to keep or sell is always kind of a funny question on forums like this because it's like asking us if you should get chocolate or vanilla ice cream for dessert.

He's one of the biggest scammer gurus out there and now it seems he's going to be getting his just desserts.

I am open to all dessert cities, but appears as if condos are the only properties available in my price point.

@Lynaire McGovern sub $100k properties are difficult to find in any town that people actually want to live in (yeah, you see plenty of them still in the middle of the dessert or mountains, but not in cities with booming communities).  

Tiny home and modern decor are what millennials are looking for in mountain/hills/dessert/ destinations!

Never heard of Dessert Ridge yet so definitely will be looking.
