Thoughts on Hochatown - Broken Bow

Daniel Colon
Posted

I have an opportunity with a tiny home in the Hochatown (Broken Bow Area, Oklahoma). Wanted to know if anyone has information or experience in the area.

Daniel, here is a link to a document you may find useful as you do your homework on the Hochatown market. It is our latest "closed cabin loan summary" and has transaction details on every cabin we have financed over the past few years.

It shows appraised values, purchase prices, price per foot, year built, neighborhood, etc. Lots of good information, I hope you find it informative: https://docs.google.com/spread...
