I don't see MKE as "cookie cutter" (usually=north side is simply a big cesspool of violence, drugs and despair, suburban counties are "picture perfect" on the surface but dig deeper and its just a modern day Klan clown rally, BOTH assumptions are trash) I see MKE as a very diverse area where, if you find the right people to do business with, background and ethnicity is not a factor here, simply whether people are decent people or not, you can succeed here.

Sometimes seller despair saves you...we've explained the situation to homeowners in the past and they've let us chop into their cast iron stack, run the scope, and install an ABS or PVC cleanout with flxible couplings so we could do our business. You can rent a good-quality sewer scope for $200 a day and do it yourself if you've had some practice.

Meanwhile poor average joe buys out of anticipation and hope and sells out of despair or need; and the market maker LOVES average joe investors ,it is easy cash.Average joe spends time and effort on all kinds of courses on trading ,listens to podcasts, buys books, goes to conferences, goes to expensive training. No body told or teaches average joe investor that instead he/she has got to figure out how to get information about when the whales (big investors) buy and sell or make big moves and then be in the correct side of the trade and thats it!
