A CRM App can track that lead through the whole process.Be forewarned that Podio has a learning curve, but is VERY customizable and relatively easy to learn.

Both of you guys are making me feel slighlty more confident with just moving forward with the 115 a month for a year option in that it did sound pretty customizable and I would steer all the development and I guess have editing capabilitiy.

QBO is a lot more comprehensive, customizable, and robust than Stessa (just my opinion) if you know how to set it up and maintain it properly.
