Even so, we might not qualify for a house/cottage in the 200k-300k range. 

They didn't give a specific back bill range but they estimated that the back billing goes back to 2021 based on when the water meter started having issues. 

There are not enough workers/contractors/tradesmen to get done what you want at a reasonable price so you often have to bring up workers from the front range area.

Thank you for your response, Benjamin.Prime does handle bookkeeping throughout the year, this is why it is expensive, but it may not be particularly useful for me at this time.Would you say the $1,500 option (Taxtra) for tax preparation and ongoing support throughout the year (including answering questions and responding to IRS letters) is within a reasonable range?

If 2 bed rent is 1,500 a month for  example and range for area is 1400 to 1800 then bottom range which tends to make tenants more sticky and hard to leave.
