When my chiropractor started telling me that he was going to buy two rentals and he knew absolutely zero about it.

It was expensive but my back was driving me nuts.If you get a prescription from chiropractor or doc you can buy it with no sales tax.

Eric - It is funny that you mentioned 'exercise facility' because one of the tenants is a chiropractor that operates a rehab center. 

I lived in a 2 bed 1 bath unit above a chiropractors office for $475/month...it was amazing. 

welcome to Bp.. i hope things are going well on your home .. remember that every two years you can sell and keep 100% of your profits from tax man .. so only another yr and 8 mths ..lol.. its really a good thing to if you can convice the rest of the family of it .. my wife hates moving ( who really likes it ) but i have convinced her that because we bought our house for 25% of value ..all the profits we can make will be tax free as long as we stay under the $500k profit mark ..anyway i am in bushnell and travel to clermont a few times a month so if you ever want to get together and exchange ideas or if i can help in anyway ..just ask .. funny thing .. i am in need of a chiropractor also ... not sure if you take my insurance though .. anyway good luck and God Speed, Michael Short
