Have a look at the link below where the deadbeat tenants were kidnapped by their landlord & dumped into a cemetery in the freezing cold.Deadbeat tenants are part of the risk when you get into this business.  

It is also awkward in shape... a triangle with one end on the parking one, one on the county highway fence-line, and the other on a cemetery.  

Is a cemetery a turn off for potential new tenants?

Does yours have windows facing any undesirable things like a cemetery or close to a Church where you'll get ringing church bells every Sunday morning?

Or additional lattice that may block out more of the cemetery but local restrictions may prevent such things being built too high.Such an external obsolescence will affect the ARV of the property so it must be budgeted for.

Trulia crime scores wasn't promising, though it was right on the edge of moderate-Close to cemetery, not sure if that affects desirability -Not much info on mechanics and roof/foundation.. 

There is a problem though: it's located across the street from a well maintained cemetery.

Cemeteries are full of doctors' incompetent actions.
