Rates in town of a 10x10 at the newest facility are 109 and a 10x15 at 129 (non-CC with none available, although they do have some CC).

When you do a Credit Card refund you lose the CC processing fee (usually 3%+) which is costly over time.

So now you've saved money (you think, lol) and you've got your precious CC points  or miles.

Open a cc with a good point/interest rate/perks dedicated to the LLC, it will make it so much cleaner for taxes and you will receive points rather than using debit card with no add value.
