I have been bombarding FNMA with calls and emails and I'm not getting any responses.

Craigslist is hit or miss; as you will get bombarded with tire kickers or other new wholesalers that will waste time.

Hello JY, I just thought I would add to your list to learn from in real estate and I don't want to bombard you with suggestions, but you may want to look up products by Mark Evans DM.

Nothing else, most homeowners do not have time to open a letter they get bombarded with mail so I have used postcards all of my career and got great results.If I send out 100 postcards I will get 18-25 reponses and that is every month.

My advice is to not bombard yourself with information.

I would list it for rent and get bombarded with calls. 

I would 1) bombard your local councilman's office with complaints, maybe hit his/Twitter Facebook page if they have one.  2) walk in weekly to your local LAPD division with pictures and complaints.

We told the guy hey 1k em put it in escrow in 2 days.. never heard back from them.. its just a joke really.. total waste of our time.. so like you we get bombarded.. in our Vegas stuff its all phone calls now.. so each market is a little different on marketing methods.. but boy I cant think of a tougher thing to be doing in this market. 

That makes sense that they wouldn't have websites, as I am sure they would be bombarded with asks.
