I'll PM you some great books I've read from other genres though.

I now have a clearer idea of the direction I would like to go however want to dive back into this genre of financing just to see if I can add it as another tool in the tool-belt. 

A good book in this genre is about getting the reader to make a fundamental change in their behavior.

Neat cross over genre of home improvement and hilarity.Maybe "My Broken Fixxer Upper: The Crazy Story of Restoring a House Without Losing Our Minds".......

This is the last genre that ✏ S OR ✒ S out in today's market. 

I want to mention that there are people in every genre who love to talk the talk, but when it comes to walking the walk - it's another story.Investing can be difficult and scary from time to time - just like (in my opinion) real spiritual-growth is...Those who will truly succeed (whether it's at Zen or investing) it takes COMMITMENT!

One of them is right across the st from Silverado CC  I lived about 500 feet from it.. and would take my visitors over at the end of the day and if Dave was there he would regale us with stories of how he basically created the Genre .. bottom line.. with the wholesale how to guys.. they DO NOT actually do it.. there business is selling information on how to do it.. so they are not creating competition.. the top how to real estate trainers make HUGE money the last thing they need to waste time on is actually trying to wholesale some property..  

It seems most of the business owners in our genre keep to themselves, so would rather be a bit more social with this business offshoot.Thanks,Tom

It almost seems unreasonably complicated honestly and this goes for any genre of insurance.

PM is managing the daily operations.......................................VS.............AM is managing the actual asset.Buying A Property is part of Financial Literacy.......................VS.............AM is an additional & separate genre of Financial Literacy I hope this helps!
