My goal is to learn, assimilate and have fun doing something that I love. 

Our goal is not to be bazillionaires, if we get there someday great, but the goal is to do what we love and spend as much of the little time we have on this earth with the people we love... and have FUN doing it!

And you can have tremendous fun doing it this way as well.

My name is Oscar I'm interested in wholesale properties, I'm new to real estate so I want to learn as much as possible, build connections and have fun doing it !

I am mostly interested in buying and holding long residential and commercial multi-family properties and have fun doing it.
