The boom in building was mostly for the larger cabins because of the crazy rents they were getting during covid (even a little before covid actually). 

Even I can do it, and I am generally the most unhandy person on the planet!  

I wonder how many deals Morty’s mentees actually close?  

I know it isn't much but it was the first time I actually did something besides watch a video and for me this was very exhilarating.

If the credit screening costs $25, then you earn nothing.I believe there are exceptions for a higher fee, but you have to stick to the actual cost of the screening.I would talk to an attorney before charging more than $25 per applicant.
