When the wrong kind of tenant (you know, those who blow up over minuscule things, are quick to name-calling, and in many other ways embody grown-toddler tendencies) is in a bad way, it is perhaps a gift from the gods allowing for a rebalancing.

Having an age limit would eliminate dealing with screaming toddlers or 5 year-olds having melt-downs. 

No cure for toddlers and Legos - that is going to happen no matter what kind of toilet you have.

. $50k isn't bad. but again, for WFH guy that only hops on airplanes for work, has a big truck in the driveway, and a stay at home wife and toddler, even a 50k SUV is too much, because we'll rarely if ever see the value of electric because we don't even buy gas once a month.

I say this as someone who would have been in a very difficult position 10 year or so years ago had this happened when my son was a toddler.

After all, they are a part of the family :) Too bad we can't charge "toddler deposit".
