I've been looking for a good property for my family (we have 2 toddlers) to house hack. 

A small paint chip here, a little lead dust there and it adds up to a case of lead poisoning.Do you really want to live with the knowledge that your failure to do the right thing has caused brain damage to an innocent toddler? 

Having a toddler it's tough to make time to sit through them all plus I have the complete set which they keep adding materials to-but it's lifetime access and they keep the videos updated. 

I recently learned that a girlfriend and toddler have been living there too, or at least there quite a bit at all hours.

I am currently exploring strategies mixing buy and holds and fix and flips using traditional and creative financing and in the meantime pursuing my CA Salesperson License - all while raising toddler twins!
