It's hard to keep track, but the locations I know of off the top of my head are Strawberry, Onia, Mountain View and Marshall.

I would presume the climate would be similar in these areas as compared to Fishtown/Northern Liberties in regards to oversaturation.Do you feel the areas towards Strawberry Mansion towards Kelly Drive are making a turn around at all?

I would say that as well because I know a lot of folks from Phoenix and most of them all have their favorite spot to escape the heat and most of the ones that go to the the mountains stay in closer to places like Strawberry, Pine or Payson.

Meh.I like Brewerytown (live there).Also like Strawberry Mansion further out.Everything is a bit of a risk in the outlying Philly areas at this point.
