Greetings Everyone! I'm Aaron Rose - musician, roof salesman and family man in Denver just getting into real estate investing and really fired up about it! Looking to network with as many people as possible who are excited about real estate! I already have the beginnings of a preliminary team on board (attorney, contractor, title agent, finance) and ready to make some things happen. Just bought my first rental last fall, and caught the bug! Now I'm looking to try my hand at wholesaling, fixing, buying rentals, single-family, multi-family and any of the other multitudinous ways of making money at real estate that I've been learning about. Ready to jump in as quickly as possible in order to learn the biz and to find my niche in real estate. Definitely looking to find mentors and to partner up with some experienced investors on some deals to learn and build lasting relationships. I'm interested in working in Colorado, Arkansas (where my mom is an agent) or anywhere else that opportunity presents itself. We love to travel, so relocating to another market temporality is a possibility if it makes sense. I look forward to meeting many of you soon!!! GO BRONCOS!!!!
