it doesn't have to be real estate right this minute, maybe you take part of that $5k saved and start dabbling in stocks you feel good about. buy stocks based on things you and your friends like - Apple, Nike, Starbucks.... im not a huge fan of Robinhood (the platform) but i believe you can buy fractional stocks now as well, so even things like Google or Tesla which are expensive to buy 1 share, you could start with percentages.You are so young, and have so much time on your side.

Including Amazon and Nike big plants being there.

I am not far from that plan.  1 extra roll of TP in each bathroom1 towel for each guest +1 extra for up to a 3 night stay.  2 extra towels for more than 3 nights  (I send out my linens to a wash house that charges by the pound)No extra bed linens unless they are staying longer than a weekSame kitchen stuff as you but only have 2 light bulbsAA and AAA batteries for remotesThrow away most items except for the (3) pairs of brand new size 13 nike's my son wears now and new designer flip flops my non-cleaning lady wears.

No one is going to believe you have cash enough to buy a house if you are slaving hours driving door to door looking for deals.Do you see Nike, driving door to door trying to sell people their shoes?

AS LONG as you satisfy 2 criteria: You need to target the right audienceyou need to have enough budget $$.Remember, do a google search for Nike, or apple, or samsung, or tesla, or Monkeybutt.Everybody that is anybody is doing PPC!

Sounds like you have a good game plan in mind, now get out in the real world of RE and put on your NIKE shoes.

The best brands don't even need to use their names anymore for people to recognize their branding (think apple, google, domino's, nike, etc.)
