I would strongly suggest considering leaning into the niche of traveling nurses. 

You don't need amenities like short-term and the people looking for MTR has expanded from travel nurses to displaced homeowners, future buyers, just sold sellers, relatives coming into town, insurance companies, etc.

So, don't think you have to leave nursing in the rear view.

They both have great jobs as nurses.

This is why 1/1s and 2/1s work so well for travel nurses.

Facebook has mid-term rental groups for traveling nurses, etc.

For other situations, we charge a fee equivalent to two month’s rent if they choose to back out early.Since most of our tenants are traveling nurses, we typically don’t receive inquiries too far in advance.
