There is a small shopping plaza that is going in just past Ithaca College which is making land farther out more in demand. 

We purchased a property from a lady (FSBO, we did the promissory note, mortgage and filed everything with the county) the property is in my name, well unfortunately she just past away a couple weeks ago.

so far so good on this project.. we have a unique location in that small town.. you can see the tree line just past it is the Mollala river so we have a feel of an enclave there instead of sprawl..  

Whether it's true or not, many property owners assume that we're at (or just past) a market peak, and that we might be on the precipice of a downturn (depending on who you ask).

I've tried tightening them a lot, tightening just past hand tight, and everything in between.

As of now I'm only looking and planning i can't make any major decisions until after September which will make a full year of living in the purchase, so if I find any gems or anything worth looking at I'll just past them off to you for now. 

I'm quite confident that I've never seen one of those gyms actually in use.I prefer when we find assets that are overlooked or "just past the line" and find ways we can improve them.

Avoid those taxes.My 1st year just pasted.
