Hi Everyone!  This is the most amazing resource for investors of every size and shape on the planet!  I am so excited to be here with such energetic, motivated, creative money makers.  The willingness to help each other to succeed is definitely the tone of BP and the most attractive aspect for me.  

I did JUST past my RE Licensing Exam (YAY, Me!) and so I have JUST applied for my RE License in Virginia.  It's pending.  For now, I am working with an amazing agent who has been diligently and tirelessly helping me to land my first investment deal.  So, if you have something or know of someone in this area who has something, please send it my way.  I'll definitely work up the numbers and see they work for me.  

In the meantime, I am attending all of the meet ups that I can, joining my local REI groups, attending webinars, reading books and talking to as many people in the business that I come across. Somewhere in my background, there are about 12 years of Property Management Experience. Sometimes, with new acquisitions, there was a complete makeover needed in the apartment community and I gained a lot of experience working directly with vendors and contractors. I also have a very realistic view of what it takes to "turn" a flip. So, at least that's one fear eliminated. So, I'd really like to start with fix and flips to build capital and then maybe someday transition into BRRRR's. But, you know what - who really knows how this thing will go? The main thing is that it goes.

Thank you (in advance) to my BP family for all of the knowledge and shared wisdom.  I will certainly be sure to pay it all forward and I am certainly willing to help anyone in anyway that I can with what I have learned thus far.
