I've been previously working on acquiring single-family units via the house hacking method but this year, I'm shifting gears to take my goals to the next level.

I'm looking to buy my first rental property, that I would live in and use the BRRRR method on.

I am trying to get a hard money loan to start with the BRRR method.

All in all though whichever method you choose congratulations on the steps towards financial freedom!

I do not have to much cash for a down payment but was thinking of doing a HELOC on one of the rentals to get more cash and go the BRRRR method.

What methods do you use to streamline your process? 

Log beds, solid wood pieces (antique or vintage), antique persian rugs, and decorative items/art that come from the local area.Obviously if you are renting a beach condo, this method doesn't work.
