@Darren Elliott i actually ended up losing my job and then i started scrambling to get a new one so i never reached out :/ got a new job but don't have 20% down so i started trying to set up for wholesaling 

I worked with a local real estate agent (Zac Elliott with Root Venture Realty), who really helped find the right property and then navigate the entire due diligence process.

While it's not held in NKY (usually held at Madtree Brewery), @Zachary Elliott started a monthly meetup and a few members from NKY area have attended.

I would talk to Zachary Elliott who is doing the Properties & Pints events in Cincinnati and go from there.
