They do some deals for testimonials but hardly enough for the average partner.

You have the email documentation of notifying them, and the photos, and the testimony of a qualified arborist, and they didn't reply in the required timeframe for emergencies according to state law... the tree is big enough to kill someone or do serious property damage and it was split badly...
