As the title suggests, I've been on the market for my first property for the past month and a half, and have been searching for SF and Duplex properties in my area of interest of Northeast OH (Canton, Massillon, North Canton, Canal Fulton, Green, Uniontown).

I have not personally tried the Wire feature though.I am an Accountant and use it and refer my clients to it as well, connect with me and I will look to see what the costs are to send a wire, they do allow free check and ACH payments if timing is not a factor.I had a client who used Titan, and as an Accountant I did not like it.

Sadly, we lost my mother-in-law to cancer two years ago, and my father-in-law has since realized he no longer wants to live there, though he remains emotionally attached.The home is in its final stages of construction, needing only finish work and a kitchen remodel to be rentable.

I like the other recommendations, give them a seller financing offer that is their asking and a good interest rate with terms that make sense for you, and offer what the bank will let you offer.
