Should we continue trying to contact different people (ie, our case workers supervisor) and keep going up the ladder till we reach someone?

Also spoke to the appraiser supervisor who stated he cannot speak to me.

They refer me back to building manager and her supervisor and those two ladies simply accusing me of illegal move out.

I've created an account on this forum solely to seek advice from other property managers about a situation in my workplace regarding my commissions being garnished.The backstory is that last month our occupancy was shot because of multiple new construction sites going up within a few miles of us as well as lack of resident retention.

Her supervisor then reviews my request and determines if I am entitled to the information. 

I did ask to speak with the supervisor, but got the same answer, they were not really willing to entertain any more questions.

Typically a 300 unit property would need a maintenance supervisor at least one assistant maintenance I make ready tech and a groundskeeper.if the property has a large number of work orders coming in constantly you'll definitely need another assistant maintenance.

I think this is starting to change as job outlooks continue to improve in our city and across the nation and this group gains experience and seniority in their workplace.
