Both will benefit from the flying taxes in ~2025 lol.Both will benefit from the Brightline high speed train in a couple years.Both have ports which cruises can take off from.One has amazing beaches and Busch Gardens, the other has woke Disney World, Universal Studios, and Seaworld. 

I also would welcome any advice as to where to get more training about foreclosures and auctions.

Because if it turns out that there's no market to rent it out, or it is a total train wreck, at least you're not paying rent in your current place as well. 

I have also found deals that require minimal work yet they are priced way below market or, with the minimal work that needs to be done, can be resold for much higher.Like I always say, you may not find a deal each and every time you are on the MLS, but with a "trained eye" one CAN find deals on the MLS

I have also spoken to the home/ground delivery drivers, who seem to be replaced often, and a lot of things they complain about is the lack of training.

He is trained and has access to weapons. 

The train does not suddenly jump the tracks some place and start limiting Article 3 to just judicial time periods.

GC is incompetent, has failed to get proper permits and has stalled on the balance of the work so seller just wants out.

@Richard Heck just sell them yourself i put mine 10 bed and 6 bed on bizquest and also contacted local realtors and local schools that train administrators and managers for ALFs,  , i get 5 inquiries a day 

Brad is not a charity; he charges a fee for training and mentoring;  like all GYM memberships, if you don't use it, it wasn't worth it.
