@Cristian Rivera Before you advertise, be sure you've narrowed it down to your criteria of what types of people you're targeting (i.e. smoker/non-smoker, pets/no pets, etc) and how many people (i.e. one person, two people, etc).

I set it and forget it like a George Foreman grill.  

I make available to them paddle boards, kayaks, BBQ grills to use for free. 

Smokers are not a protected class, you can deny them.

It is a second and third story dream, with two balconies overlooking the pool and the front of the complex which is nice, as a smoker you don't have people watching or able to see you from across.

That's why you can reject smokers.

Smokers lose their sense of smell and because they dont think it smells, they think we dont know that they've been smoking in the unit.
