Please seek out an attorney.In Arizona, if you have served the redeeming party notice of the foreclosure (not a 30 day notice of intent but actual service of a complaint filed with the court done by a process server) then the redeeming party is liable for attorney's fees and court costs.If someone redeems the tax lien and they are then liable for those fees and costs you basically need to change the action you are taking to sue them for those fees and costs.
