Stay patient, stick to your criteria, and in the meantime just consume knowledge (about your local market, the SMF niche, your #s, etc).

That doesn't mean you should be lazy with your criteria, but it does, at the very least, mean you should be patient and not expect a lot of great deals right now.

Be patient.

This coupled with your personal enjoyment number, because maybe there are things you do that would be more economical to outsource but the satisfaction of actually doing them outweighs the cost.

I lost money, but the client's satisfaction is what was most important.

I promise there is a bank out there that will say yes, you just need to be patient and persistent and find a bank who is hungry for your business.
