The unit is newly renovated in a 4 family with newly finished old pine floors.

@David Rebuck I have mounted a row of hooks on 1x3 pine...kind of a farmhouse look.

The pine tongue and groove is tempting to replace, but so far gone and wavy that it's going to have to remain in the dark.

My 2nd question: Would you refinish the original pine floors (see pictures of grey flooring) or install LVP.

After much wrangling with them, I learned my particular door was certified by TDI but only if it is installed in Southern-Yellow Pine framing, not Douglas Fir.

I have just drop a jug by at time and there are happy to do it.Slow growing plants that are draught resistant for less upkeep.I pressure wash the drive way with each turn over and do outside of  house once a year too.One house I have get a lot of pine needles on the roof.
