I'm now extremely disclipined in managing exactly where and how much I need to exert and channel for maximum efficiency, what methodologies I need to implement/introduce/test into my systems along with the analytics of such, etc.This is what helped me.

What types of strategies are you implementing with your mentor?

I've implemented a direct mail campaign for the past 4-5 months (with limited success I feel - 1 deal and about a half-dozen "good" leads, with a bunch of tirekickers) and feel that I'm ready to tweak and/or scale. 

I'll chime in with what we do, but I admit this would be difficult at scale.And as Spokane's current vacancy is at 1% or less, I'd say just implement the billbacks if you can.

Do you have a team to implement your RE investing strategy? 

I think you should focus on what strategy your wanting to implement and then dive deeper.

I'm trying to implement it in Colorado.
