Language in the deed, the legal description, where the current owner received title may yield a clue also.  

Many times marital statuses are missing, legal descriptions are incorrect, or there is other missing or incorrect information that causes issues in future transactions.

Remove the html break tags and the boring details about background checks, etc from the description.

Hi Jordan, I'm no authority, but we do own a couple of MH's and by the description you give, the pipe may very well be a vent stack and rain water emptying should go to sewer or septic.
