Hey BP family, I'm an investor starting out in the Atlanta area, and after reading most of the forums on this site; I've learned that a great way to learn more about investing is from asking questions to experienced investors.I'm in the Atlanta area for a short period and wanted to know if I could take an interested investor out to lunch and pick his or her brain.

More important, link up with either an agent or a property manager whose brain you can pick over a lunch or two and get to know what areas and strategies work in your region.Also, unfortunately, more important than the availability or access to 'deals' is your ability to finance or acquire them.

Find the realtor that lists the types of properties you're interested in and pick their brain, what's hot, who owns what.

That said, once that happens, we will be looking at whether it makes sense to create a new system . . . perhaps you guys can be the brain trust on that?

Utilize the terrific BP resources, pick all the brains you see fit to and get in some closings.

I'd love to pick your brains and do some networking.
