Hello Denver BP!

Just moved to the area (living in Arvada, working in Boulder). I've managed to stumble into a few rental houses and a duplex over the years and would like to get a little more deliberate in my investing here. Hoping to make some connections and get to know the local market. I love learning new skills and will offer what I can. Looking forward to getting to know all of you!

Joel

In my area SFRs cash flow more than the 2-4 units. 2-4 units are priced extremely high in my area.
