All Available Exit Strategies for Any Given House
Just trying to brain storm a complete list here, but for any given house your potential exit strategies might be:
- List it as a realtor (if licensed)
- Buy it Sub 2
- Lease option
- Wholesale it
- Rehab and Flip
- Rent
- Owner Finance
Is there anything I missed, does that cover everything for the most part?
Thanks!
