The same thing has happened with several listings I've had recently.I think that the most relevant person to notify would be the police, at least the cyber crimes part of the police department. 

Do people want convenience to the beach, boardwalk and casinos?  

I nI am timing it so that when I hit 50k miles and run out of warranty my Cyber truck will be ready to deliver.
