Atlantic city investors, please come in!
Hello!! Looking to purchase my first property in Atlantic City. I have several questions. Are STR a good idea? Are their areas to push for or to avoid? Do people want convenience to the beach, boardwalk and casinos? Is Venice park area to far away to have people rent? Any and all input is greatly appreciated. I thank you all in advance!

Atlantic City owes me about 6 grand. Loved that town in my 20s. And 30s. LOL
