The batteries out of the smoke detectors. 

The lock box has never failed or needed new batteries.

Issue I’m having with these locks are that some are battery powered.

There is ways to get discounts other times of the year so you don't need to have these items sitting around.I have purchased extra things like light bulbs, batteries and other consumables when on sale, but I leave bigger ticket items for when I actually need them.

But warehouses charge rent, which is a little out of my budget.

They had talked about a battery factory at one time too, so maybe that will be an add on.

Seems to me this should be standard maintenance for the landlord and charge rent accordingly. 

I wonder what large complexes are going to look like in the next decade or if there will just be more super chargers and people just need to dedicate more time to fuel up.
