@Brett Buck I have inherited a bunch of bad tenants, and had one or two that weren't great that I placed. The most annoying tenants I ever had were an inherited couple in Berwyn. We couldn't do cash for keys because the girl was on house arrest. We needed to gut their bathroom due to a plumbing leak, and needed them out to do this. They had stopped paying and had parties on the lawn every day in a blow up pool which was annoying the other tenants! The story ended well with their eviction. Just keep in mind that this is a business and these kinds of things are just temporary annoyances. Today that building is quiet, clean and performing well.
