We rent our primary home for 5 months during the high season (we are in Oregon wine country, surrounted by vineyards and BEAUTIFUL views over the valley.

I feel like I am paying retail and I am wondering if there is one or several insurances out there which can write one policy to cover them all or at least bundle all my properties in some sort of a multi policy package where I can save.I contacted a few agents but got nowhere and I was wondering if you had any luck in that field.Tks for your response,Nicolas

I've added the same things to the cabin (his and hers toiletries, spare toothbrushes, snacks, wine, roku streaming, etc), but they haven't had the same effect. 

We lost over 5,300 homes in the Wine Country fires last October.

My clients usually get me gifts: referrals first of all and no kidding, I am receiving gift cards, flowers, wine, etc.My clients know they got the best part of the deal: they are making tens, and in time hundreds of thousands of dollars in great properties, while I get a commission, which is my livelihood, and I still have to pay my business expenses from and taxes,I see you just got your license, Congratulations!
