Fees associated with Wholesale deals
As a wholesaler, what fees should I be aware of when going in on a deal? I know there will be marketing fees but I am asking about Title search fees, closing cost etc. Thanks!

Whatever fees the contract obligates you (buyer/assignor) to is exactly what the end buyer (assignee) is responsible...unless your assignment agreement changes material terms of the underlying contract. So, if you properly assign a contract, you should have no expenses unless the assignee fails or refuses to close and the seller comes back to you for performance.
