I just recently moved to Madison, Alabama so I have to get familiar with the area.

I think there are at least two REIAs in Madison.

My opinion is to stay generally north of Madison, and west of Bunts.

Obviously I'm here to learn real estate investing. I am most interested in less expensive vacant land purchases to buy and sell, with the option to hold.
