Found a foreclosed property in Madison, AL
I found a property in my area that has been foreclosed and is bank owned. I sent a request to see the property in person, mostly to get my feet wet, but it is possible it could be a good deal if the bank is motivated to sell it. Any advice on how I can make the most of this property viewing? What questions should I ask, or how can I tell if it is a promising opportunity?
